2 tbsp butter/vegan butter/olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
mozzarella/vegan mozzarella for topping (as much or as little as you like)
Sprinkling of dried basil and parsley
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F with a large baking pan or pizza stone inside.
2. Lay down a large square of parchment paper and sprinkle with semolina or flour.
3. Form the dough into a thing crust (roughly a circle, do what you can)
4. Mix butter/oil with garlic and salt. Spread over the surface of the dough with a pastry brush or the back of a spoon.
5. Top with cheese and dried herbs.
6. Use a pizza paddle to slide everything (parchment and all) into the oven on top of the preheated pan or stone.
7. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust has started to brown.
8. Remove from the oven, slice into fingers (see above) and enjoy!
